Learn the basic Callanetics positions and technique from this recording that will give you the foundation to take you into any Callanetics class , ideal for beginners or if you are looking for a refresher class . This recording is not to be used for training purposes. Please always get advice from a doctor if you have any health issues or injuries , Callanetics Fife can not take any responsabillty for any injuries that may occur .

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule ,please contact us at least 12 hours in advance . No shows will lose payment . If you can no longer attend class you will be offered a live online zoom class or a recording of class .
