Service Description

1 hour Callanetics class to be used within 72hours . These classes consists of Callanetics exercises for all fitness levels and have to be taken at your own risk ,some previous knowledge of callanetics is advised before taking a class recording, please note Callanetics fife can take no responsibility for any injuries that may occur and please take medical advice from your doctor if you have any injuries or are pregnant .These recordings can also not be used for training purposes .

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule ,please contact us at least 12 hours in advance . No shows will lose payment . If you can no longer attend class you will be offered a live online zoom class or a recording of class .
