Service Description
This package is ideal if you can't get into the studio and prefer to do online classes. The package includes 1 online class a week, Wednesday 6PM UK time and 2 class recordings that you can do in your own time. Please ask permission from your doctor if you are injured or suffering any medical conditions. Do not do if you are pregnant. Callanetics Fife cannot be held responsible for any injuries that may occur

Cancelation Policy
To cancel or reschedule ,please contact us at least 12 hours in advance . No shows will lose payment . If you can no longer attend class you will be offered a live online zoom class or a recording of class .
